I’ve always wanted a mechanical Swiss Army watch. It’s been a private dream of mine, stuck somewhere between the jet-pack and dating Milla Jovovich. I know that Victorinox once made mechanicals but now they’re making them again, and I couldn’t be happier. There are two models one with an “olive and cream dial with luminescent hands and numerals on a genuine brown leather strap for $1695 and a black dial with PVD case and bracelet for $1895, not too bad for a Valjoux 7750. The model first appeared with a quartz movement but now is going automatic. Huzzah!
